The ones who perform flawlessly on the outside, but quietly wrestle with perfectionism, anxiety, or feeling disconnected. Who manage, but barely breathe. Whether you’re a driven adult, a perfectionistic teen, or a parent navigating your child’s overwhelming feelings, I’m here to help you break free from the pressure and reconnect with what truly matters.

 

My view on therapy
Therapy can feel vulnerable. But it can also be courageous, grounding, and radically life-changing. In our work together, therapy becomes a place where you can finally stop “doing” and start being. We’ll identify what keeps you stuck, practice tools to regulate the nervous system, build stronger emotional skills, and dismantle that inner voice telling you “not enough.”

My approach is active, compassionate, and science-based. I integrate rooted methods like DBT, CBT, and mindfulness, anchored in real-world practice. I’m present in the room, asking the tough questions, sharing reflections, and celebrating every step forward.
